Who is eligible
Companies who are eligible include manufacturers, financial institutions, government agencies and non-profit organizations. The grant money can be used to help pay for the students' wages. The grants help fund undergraduate or graduate students working with small or mid-sized companies on short-term engineering projects up to 12 or 16 weeks. Grant money may also be applied to the one-semester TCIE Engineering Fellows program.
The program is being offered by the University of Buffalo - The Center For Industrial Effectiveness (TCIE). TCIE is a specific program which connects the University at Buffalo School of Engineering and Applied Sciences with organizations seeking technical assistance and consulting.
