Toshiba America Foundation Grants

Toshiba America Foundation offers grants to teachers or groups of teachers who develop innovative projects that teach mathematics and science in the classroom. The projects must be designed by teachers and used in their own schools.

Teachers at public or non-profit schools may apply. Grants range from $1,000 - $5,000. Grants for teachers in grades K-5 can be submitted each year by October 1st. Grants for teachers in grades 6-12 who are requesting up to $5,000 may be submitted at any time during the year. Grants for teachers in grades 6-12 who are requesting more than $5,000 may be submitted twice a year on August 1st and February 1st.

The grants were developed to help teachers engage students in the fields of mathematics and science. Grant applicants must have a passion for these fields and a strong desire to make them more exciting for students.
